Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NomadNook Content Factory ("NomadNook Content Factory", "the Service", "we", "us"), an automated short-form video content preparation and publishing tool. By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
NomadNook Content Factory prepares short-form educational and entertainment video content (narration, visuals, subtitles) and, where a user has explicitly connected and authorized a social media account, publishes that content to the authorized platform(s) on the user's behalf.
2. Account Connections and Authorization
The Service only publishes to a social media account after the account holder has explicitly completed that platform's OAuth authorization flow and granted the required permissions. No content is published to any account without this explicit, revocable authorization.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) ensuring content published through the Service complies with the destination platform's community guidelines and terms of service; (b) the accuracy of any account credentials or authorizations you provide; and (c) revoking access via the destination platform's own settings if you no longer wish the Service to publish on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the terms of service of any destination platform (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook). We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts found to violate this section.
5. Intellectual Property
Visual and audio assets used in generated content are sourced from licensed stock media providers or AI-generated media, consistent with each source's license terms. You retain ownership of any content you directly provide to the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific content performance, or platform approval outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadNook Content Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including account suspension by a third-party platform.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking connected-account authorizations. We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
