Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NomadNook Content Factory ("NomadNook Content Factory", "the Service", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you connect a social media account for automated content publishing.
1. Information We Collect
When you explicitly connect an account (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook), we receive and store an OAuth access/refresh token issued by that platform. We do not collect your account password. We do not collect browsing history, contacts, or any data unrelated to the connected account's publishing functionality.
2. How We Use Information
Connected-account tokens are used solely to publish video content to that account on your behalf, and to read basic account/content status needed to avoid duplicate or failed publishes (for example, checking whether a post already succeeded). Tokens are never used for any purpose beyond the publishing functionality you authorized.
3. Data Storage and Security
Account tokens are stored only on the operator's own private infrastructure, are never transmitted to any third party, and are never sold. Access is restricted to the systems that directly perform the authorized publishing action.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your account information or tokens with third parties. Content is only ever sent to the specific destination platform (e.g. TikTok) that you explicitly authorized it for.
5. Data Retention
Account tokens are retained only for as long as the connection remains active. If you revoke access via the destination platform's own account settings, we stop using the associated token, and it is deleted from our systems.
6. Your Rights
You may revoke NomadNook Content Factory's access to your account at any time through the destination platform's own app-permissions settings (for example, TikTok Settings > Manage account > Apps). You may also contact us to request deletion of any data we hold about your connected account.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
